Who is Lee Arnold?

Like most self-made millionaires, Lee Arnold began his real estate career at the bottom of the food chain.

He attended real estate seminar after seminar and bought course after course to learn the business.

Through long years of trial and error, Lee Arnold built up a very profitable million-dollar real estate business from the ground up.

He then founded the Lee Arnold System of Real Estate Investing to provide focused training covering all aspects of the real estate investing business.

Life and business were good until the 2008 Real Estate market crashed. Lee Arnold lost nearly everything in the blink of an eye.

Arnold and his family moved back to Lee’s home state of Washington and began to rebuild with a different mission.

He launched a religious group called, He’s The Solution Ministries. Lee Arnold began teaching Bible Studies on Sunday mornings wherever his Real Estate business led him.

Lee Arnold continues working in his ministry, real estate investment, and private money field until today.

As a real estate seminar teacher, Lee Arnold found education doesn’t mean anything when the person doesn’t have the capital to put their knowledge into action.

Lee had access to capital, but his students didn’t. He decided to create the Cogo Capital providing funding for real estate investors of non-owner-occupied properties.

Soon Cogo Capital needed more funds to support real estate investors. Arnold recognized the marketplace was teeming with people who had the funds, who aspired to make higher returns on their invested dollar but lacked the desire to get involved in real estate at the ground level.

Arnold formed Secured Investment. The company offers training to teach cash investors a safe way to lend on first trust liens real estate. It also allows them to make higher returns for their investments.

Lee Arnold combined training and funding into a real estate investment program called, The Circle of Wealth.

Real estate investors can join The Circle of Wealth training and borrow funds for their real estate investments. It allows everyone to succeed.

Those who attend Lee Arnold’s training or work at The Circle of Wealth will often hear Lee recognize God as the CEO of the companies. He is merely the facilitator.

Lee Arnold Childhood Life

Born and raised in Spokane, Washington, Lee Arnold’s humble beginnings started as a bag boy at a local grocery earning $3.90 per hour.

Everything began with two life-altering moments that set Arnold on the millionaire trajectory.

The first “aha moment” happened while Lee pursued a management role at the store.

After reading the life-changing book, ‘Rich Dad, Poor Dad’ by Robert Kiyosaki, Arnold realized his management aspirations looked very small, but his future possibilities became extremely big.

The second “aha moment” happened while Arnold was sitting in a philosophy 101 course in college. The professor let it slip that he was making only $45k a year.

While listing to the professor, Lee Arnold realized that he was on the wrong path to success. Lee knew he needed to make some changes fast.

The late-night infomercials persuaded Lee Arnold to invest in real estate.

Lee Arnold’s wife is Jaclyn Arnold.

Jaclyn grew up in Salt Lake City, the youngest of eight children.

She holds a master’s degree in Finance and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Westminster College, Salt Lake City, Utah.

Jaclyn started with the Cogo Capital company in 2007 as a tax and financial accounting consultant. She got promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 2010.

Lee Arnold and his wife, Jaclyn Arnold, live in Idaho on 10 acres, where they enjoy gardening and the beautiful scenery that country living provides.
